Strong finance background, including two IPOs and over 15 M&A transactions. Seasoned operations executive successful building teams, systems and processes to support rapid growth. Currently COO/CFO at Media Partners.

A sales & Marketing leader with expertise increasing revenue, building brands and leading customer-focused innovation at companies such as Amazon, Concur and T-Mobile. Extensive experience in diverse environments from start-ups and large enterprises to B2B/B2C. Specific interest in building positive workplace cultures by empowering HR/L&D professionals. TOM MATTHEWS, VP of Sales

Top-performing Sales Executive with 15+ years’ experience supporting multiple sales channels with focus on increasing productivity, customer satisfaction and results. Expertise building successful sales organizations with skills in customer relationship management, negotiating, and pipeline management. Currently VP of Sales at Media Partners, responsible for building sales team that covers 26 different industries with an emphasis on bringing world-class sales automation systems to the company.

KAREN EDWARDS, VP of Marketing

A marketing executive with large company experience and startup / early-stage expertise. Involved in creative development of Media Partners’ top-selling programs. Currently Creative Director of Media Partners, responsible for developing all company’s learning content.

DAVID HANSEN, CTO

Technology, protocols, and software systems expert. Experienced technologist working on complex systems including satellite tracking software for the DoD Space Command, aircraft ground proximity warning systems, 1st-generation wireless data systems for billing and an extended tenure with broad development responsibilities at F5 Networks. Currently CTO of Media Partners with a focus on deploying the latest platform technology and new protocols.
